The sloped site provides an opportunity for energy generation by taking advantage of gravitational potential energy. Incorporating a slide can activate the site through fun, fitness, and education.

The main canopy is south-facing where the glow-in-the-dark material can charge adequately. Proposing a material like this will reduce the need for additional site lighting. Users can feel at ease knowing they have visibility in the night hours.
The multipurpose park becomes a moment of refuge from the trail while also enhancing the park through accessibility and engagement.
